Shipping policy

1. Shipment Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer transparent shipping rates to our customers:

• Standard Shipping: ₹49.00 on all orders.
• Free Shipping: We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above ₹599.00.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Usually 5-8 business days across India (Quick delivery across India).

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather or remote locations.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
• The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Locations

• Currently, we ship only within India. We cover almost all pin codes serviced by our courier partners.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We provide Cash on Delivery service for most locations.
• Please ensure you are available to receive the package at the time of delivery to avoid RTO (Return to Origin).

6. Damages & Missing Parcels

• Click2basket is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the packaging was tampered with before opening.
• If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our support team at clic2basket@gmail.com with an unboxing video for assistance.
