Refund policy

1. Return Period

• Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Refund Policy (Money Back Guarantee)

• Money back guarantee T&C apply as per order. * Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes our quality check.
• If the return is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, Bank Account, or Wallet) within 5-7 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details or UPI ID to process the refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

• Personal care goods (beauty products, innerwear).
• Perishable goods.
• Items on clearance or "Final Sale".

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery.
• Important: We highly recommend recording an unboxing video as proof to help us process your request faster.

5. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or damaged item), shipping is free.
• For other reasons (change of mind/ordered wrong size), a nominal return shipping fee may apply.
